What should I bring or wear?

Is the tour suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Yes, vegetarian and vegan options are available. We can also accommodate gluten free and most allergies. Please contact us in advance so we can be sure to provide you with the best experience.

Can I bring my dog on the tour?

We love them, but we cannot allow pets on our tours.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time. Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time can not be refunded. In those cases, we can reschedule you for another date or provide a gift certificate in lieu of rescheduling.

Where should I park for my tour?

After your purchase tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with parking suggestions.

Do I need to tip my guide?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.

The tour operates rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.

Group Minimums

This tour requires a minimum of four guests in total. If we do not reach that capacity by 24 hours in advance we will contact you to reschedule or refund you.

Dietary Restrictions

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

Online Waiver

Every guest must sign a waiver before experiencing the tour. This will be emailed to you in advance. If you are booking for a group, please forward the waiver on to others in your group.

Alcohol

Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.

What a blast! Did the Midtown walk tour - 4 stops, each with plenty of food and drink. Seeing the murals and hearing the history of each was super interesting. We'll definitely be back!

My best bud and I had a wonderful time with our guide Caitlin. I'm really appreciative of Caitlin taking the time to specifically address our diet preferences with the restaurants to make sure we were rightly accommodated. I'm also appreciative of the fact that the tour wasn't canceled due to it just being my best bud and I, as they usually cancel tours if a set amount of people don't show up. Both of us are grateful that we didn't have to reschedule. Great selection of food for vegans. I personally can't wait for the vegan tour to be up soon. We'll be the first ones to sign up, for sure!

I booked the mid-town tour as an experience for my cousin who was visiting from Texas. Not only was all food yummy in every restaurant, but our tour guides (Nicole and Trinity) were a delightful bright spot in our day. We walked in the rain, learned interesting facts about our restaurants as well as the murials along our route. Just as advertised, even though the food was considered small plate samples, we definitely were full at the end. We did add the option for drinks and they also did not disappoint. So being completely honest, at the end we were relaxed and full. I will definitely be exploring their additional tours.
